Assessments are normally carried out remotely, based on the information, documents, photographs and explanation you provide. An online meeting with crew or employees can form part of the assessment. A visit on board or at a site can be agreed separately when it adds substantive value.
Standard services have a fixed price. If the intake shows that your question goes beyond the selected service, extra work is not carried out automatically. You first receive a proposal for a more suitable service or bespoke arrangement. The lead time starts once payment has been received and all information required for the assessment is available.
